We allow a maximum of seven days from the date you receive the goods to check them for faults. If you find the goods to be faulty please contact us. By Phone or use the "Feedback" link quoting the date you ordered the items and the Invoice/Receipt reference number. Please note any damage at delivery time on the delivery note. If goods are returned to us and subsequently found not to be damaged we reserve the right to charge restocking costs. You are responsible for all charges incurred returning the goods, which may be different than the delivery charge. All packaging should be left untouched to ensure the item remains as we intended to deliver it. We reserve the right to charge a 20% handling charge. Faulty in this context refers to items unfit for use or not meeting the manufacturer specifications.
If the whole or part of your order is not delivered you must contact us within 7 days of receipt either by phone or email quoting order date and order number and we will resend the items immediately for next day delivery.
Incorrectly ordered items:
If you have purchased incorrect goods, EEZY Plumbing will accept the goods back. A 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your payment for the goods and the remainder will be refunded within 21 days of EEZY Plumbing receiving the goods. The buyer is responsible for return postage and we highly recommend that a tracked service is employed for this. Provided the goods are received back in the same state as they were sent we will refund the original cost less 20% re-stocking fee. Refunds are always paid back into the same account that the original purchase was made from. Postage costs will not be refunded.
Where an item has been specially ordered in for you then we reserve the right to recover our costs in obtaining the items or 25% of the item price if you subsequently need to return the items, If the items have not been shipped before you cancel then this value will be reduced to 15%..
